Monmouth County Clean Communities
The Monmouth County Clean Communities program is part of a state-wide, comprehensive litter-abatement program established by the Clean Communities Act of 1986. The program has three goals: education, enforcement, and litter cleanup.

Reporting Illegal Dumping
NJDEP has the following two methods for reporting environmental incidents such as illegal dumping:
NJDEP’s mobile application, WARN NJDEP
GPS technology pinpoints the location of environmental incidents and allows users to submit photos as part of their reports to the NJDEP.
